Exchange Policy

At The Unique Boutique US, we want you to be thrilled with your purchase! While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to provide exchanges within 14 days of your purchase for in store purchase only.

Eligibility for Exchange For In Store Purchase Only

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

  • Shoes must be returned in their original box.

Final Sale items, including clearance, accessories, swimwear, intimates, and gift cards, are non-exchangeable

How to Exchange

  1. Bring the item to the store with original tags and receipt of purchase

  2. All items are exact exchange, therefore if the exchange item is more than the original item you may pay the difference. Transaction may be subject to taxes fee.

  3. If the exchange item is less than the original item customer has a choice to lose the difference or find another item that adds up to original purchase.
